The morphological structure and dyeing performance of viscose and nylon were analyzed,and the production process was analyzed.The feasibility of black reactive dyeing process for viscose and nylon blended yarn was discussed from the aspects of dye selection,additive selection and production cost control.The quality compliance and production costs were analyzed,and compared in terms of the advantages and disadvantages against traditional processes.Finally,the dyeing process and advantages of black reactive for viscose and nylon blended yarn were presented.
