In order to meet the demand of consumers for sustainable innovation of clothing fabrics under the influence of the COVID-19 and enrich the structure and appearance style of 3D printed clothing fabrics,the flexible polylactic acid was used as the material,taking use of the 3ds Max software,the 1×1 rib was simulated by using NURBS curve modeling method combining with the measurement of knitted fabrics.Through the fused deposition molding technology,the simulated model was printed to obtain 1×1 rib 3D printed fabric.The printing effect of the fabric is the same as the simulation effect.The loops are flat without skew.There is no scorch on the surface of the fabric.The shape of the yarn and the texture effect of the clothing can be visually showed.The innovative and diversified demand of consumers for clothing fabrics can be met under the post epidemic era.
