In order to study the performance of weft knitted fabric with silver-loaded zirconium phosphate polyester filament,8.33 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f)silver-loaded zirconium phosphate polyester filament and 14.80 tex combed cotton yarn were used to knit the plain knitted fabric through plating.The bursting strength,moisture permeability and antibacterial property of the knitted fabric were tested according to national standards,and the application effect of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate polyester filament in plain knitted fabric with the plated structure was analyzed.The results show that the moisture permeability of plain knitted fabric with antibacterial polyester filament as ground yarn and cotton yarn as face is much higher than that of ordinary polyester-cotton fabric,and the antibacterial rate against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli can reach 99.00％.
