Study of Pad Dyeing-fixation in Non-aqueous Medium for Realizing Washing-free
Reactive dyes can obtain 90.0％fixation in non-aqueous medium.However,the dyed fabric still needs to be washed 2～3 times to meet the requirements of color fastness.In order to realize the washing-free dyeing of reactive dye,the'pre-rolling alkali solution-drying-dip rolling dyeing solution-fixing-post-treatment'was adopted.The results show that the water content of fabric is an important factor,which affects the fixation rate of reactive dyes.When the water content of the fabric is less than 50％,the final fixation of reactive dye is more than 95.0％.It is treated with fixing agent,the washing and rubbing fastness of cotton fabric can exceed grade 3,meeting the requirements of color fastness.Compared with the dip dyeing,the continuous and fast fixation of reactive dyes in non-aqueous medium can realize the washing-free purpose and avoid the subsequent washing procedure.
