摘要

热敏变色纺织品个性化与时尚感强,能实现色彩动态变化,具有良好的功能实用性,可提高产品附加值.为适应纺织领域对热敏变色材料的要求,微胶囊技术常应用于热敏变色纺织材料的开发.文中总结目前热敏变色纺织材料的加工方法,对现有国内外研究者对热敏变色纺织材料的制备进行归纳总结,得出热敏变色微胶囊技术广泛用于纺织领域,主要使用印花法和后整理法加工得到热敏变色纺织材料;热敏变色纺织材料的色谱拓展是目前研究的新方向;结合其他功能整理或功能材料,可实现热敏变色纺织品的多功能化.

Abstract

Thermochromic textiles have a strong sense of personalization and fashion,which can realize the dynamic change of color with functional practicability and added value.In order to meet the requirements of thermal discoloration materials for textiles,the microcapsule technology is often used in the development of thermal discoloration textile materials.This paper summarizes the current processing methods of thermal discoloration textile materials.The preparation of existing domestic and foreign researchers in thermochromic textile materials is summarized.It is concluded that the thermochromic microcapsule technology is widely used in the textile field,and the thermochromic textile materials are mainly processed by printing and finishing methods.The Chromatographic development of thermochromic materials is a new research direction at present.Combined with other functional finishing or functional materials,the multi-function of thermochromic textiles can be realized.
