摘要
超细旦经编桃皮绒高弹面料表面光泽柔和自然、手感细腻、柔软而有身骨,同时具有高密度、高弹性以及悬垂性好等优点,附加值高,属于高档内衣面料.文章重点分析超细旦经编桃皮绒高弹面料生产的技术难点,从原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺3方面,阐述超细旦经编桃皮绒高弹面料的设计思路及开发工艺,并对面料的拉伸性能、钩纱性能、起毛起球等性能进行测试.
Abstract
The surface luster of warp knitted peach skin velvet fabric is soft and natural,whose hand feeling is fine and smooth,soft and bony,at the same time it also possesses high density,high elasticity and good drapability.This fabric has high added value and is a high-grade underwear fabric.In this paper,the technical difficulties of fabric production are analyzed,and the design idea and development technology of the fabric are expounded from three aspects including raw material selection,knitting technology,dyeing and finishing technology,and the tensile performance,the yarn snagging performance,the fuzzing and pilling and other properties of the fabric are tested as well.
