镂空结构钩编花边编织技术研究

摘要
介绍镂空结构钩编花边的结构类型,包括衬纬长度变化类和衬纬交叉叠加类.在此基础上,结合生产实践,在衬纬原料的选择及镂空布局设计方面总结镂空结构钩编花边的设计要点;从设备要求与技术要求方面对编织工艺进行分析.最后详述两例镂空结构钩编花边的编织工艺,结果表明:只有掌握镂空结构钩编花边的结构特点,才能把握其设计及编织的关键,从而为钩编花边设计开发提供参考依据.
Abstract
This paper introduces the structure types of hollowed-out structure of crochet laces,including weft inserting length variation type and weft inserting crossover overlay type.Based on this,combined with production practice,the design key points of hollowed-out structure of crochet laces in the selection of weft inserting materials and hollowed-out layout design are summarized and the knitting process are analyzed from the equipment requirements and technical requirements.Finally,the knitting process of two cases of hollowed-out structures of crochet laces is described in detail.The results show that only by mastering the structural characteristics of hollowed-out structure of crochet laces,can we grasp the key points of its design and knitting,thus providing reference basis for the product design and development of crochet laces.
