Effective Control of Production Cost in Green and Low-carbon Printing and Dyeing Enterprises
Entering the low-carbon era,the printing and dyeing industry needs more cost control.This paper makes an analysis from five aspects including energy saving and emission reduction,labor costs,dyes and auxiliaries costs,laboratory costs,and management costs.It points out that improving the operation of printing and dyeing equipment and reusing reclaimed water can achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.The implementation of fully automated control in the entire printing and dyeing production process can reduce labor costs.According to the difference in fabrics and customer requirements,reasonable selection of dyes and auxiliary materials can reduce the cost of dyeing and chemical materials.Laboratory technicians should carefully control the cost of process formula,continuously reform and innovate the process flow,and apply computer information technology to improve the comprehensive business level,which can effectively reduce production costs.Production managers adopt lean management way to reduce management costs.
