摘要
重点介绍多功能除油剂DM-1134T的应用性能,并用于涤纶针织布除油染色同浴加工工艺,探讨除油效果、高温乳化性、高温分散性、移染性、除油防返沾性等.结果表明,所得产品染色均匀,对色光影响小,能有效解决短流程同浴工艺常出现的油剂返沾、染料凝聚、色点色斑等问题;具有降低成本、缩短工序、方便使用、稳定质量、减少缸差等优点.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduced the application performance of multi-functional oil remover DM-1134T,which was used for polyester oil removal and dyeing one bath process.It discussed the oil removal effect,high temperature emulsification,high temperature dispersion,transfer dyeing,oil removal and re-staining proof.The results show that the obtained product's staining is uniform,and has little effect on the color light,and can effectively solve the problems such as oil re-staining,dye condensation,color spot,etc.of the short process with same bath,which has the advantages of low cost,short process,easy to use,stable product quality,cylinder difference reduction and so on.
