青少年下肢防护功能针织裤装设计研究

摘要
文章以14.00～17.00岁青少年为研究对象,利用三维动作捕捉技术,获取青少年下肢关节运动数据作为依据,分析基于跑步运动情况下的青少年下肢重点防护部位需求.选取市面现有具有防护性、保暖性和透气性的功能性纱线,结合针织组织结构对下肢不同区域进行功能结构分区设计,开发一款以下肢重点关节防护为主的青少年下肢防护功能针织裤,为青少年防护针织裤的设计研发提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the teenagers aged 14.00 to 17.00 years were taken as research object,the three-dimensional motion capture technology was used to obtain the data of lower extremity joint movement of teenagers,and the demand for key protective parts of lower extremity of teenagers in running was analyzed.And it selected the existing functional yarn with protection,warmth retention and air permeability on the market,combined with the knitted structure of different regions of the lower limbs for functional structure zoning design,a kind of knitted pants with lower limb protection function for teenagers mainly focusing on lower limb joint protection was developed,which can provide references for the design and development of teenagers'protective knitted pants.
