Innovative Design of Traditional Cloud Pattern Dress Pattern Based on Shape Grammar
Aiming at the problem that the general design method of traditional dress patterns is weak in evolution and low in fashion,failing to meet the high demand of traditional dress patterns under the rapid development of fashion and culture consumption in China,the innovative design method of traditional dress patterns based on shape grammar is proposed with the example of cloud patterns of Ming and Qing dynasty fabrics.Firstly,the cultural connotation and development history of Ming and Qing dynasty fabric cloud patterns are sorted out,then their structural forms and characteristics are classified and analyzed.Secondly,the morphological factors and clustering color group spectrum of the representative patterns of Ming and Qing dynasty fabric with cloud patterns are extracted.Finally,the innovative patterns are deduced,designed and applied for the characteristics of modem apparel products.The validity of the method is verified by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which provides theoretical and methodological reference for the innovative design and modern inheritance of Chinese traditional costume patterns.
