摘要
分析索罗娜纤维物理机械性能,结合其绿色环保可持续的优良特性,开发针织运动休闲健康面料.介绍编织工艺、染整工艺及技术创新点和难点,测试织物的物理性能、弹性、防紫外线性能等.结果表明,所开发面料柔软挺括,回弹保形,花型新颖,颜色亮丽,性能优异,物理指标均符合Q/FZBTN 0003-2019《铜牛针织产品》及相关功能性标准要求,是开发健康休闲针织产品的理想面料.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of Sorona® fiber,combined with its excellent characteristics of green environmental protection and sustainability,the knitted sportswear fabric for leisure and health-care was developed.The development process,technical innovation and difficulties were introduced,and the physical properties,elasticity and anti-UV properties were tested.The results show that the developed fabric is soft but stiffwithproperties of elastic recovery,shape-preserving,innovative patterns and bright colors.The physical indices can meet the requirements of Q/FZBTN 0003-2019"Topnew brand knitted products"and related functional standards,which is an ideal fabric for developingsportswear fabrics for health-care and leisure.
