摘要
分析以印染智能制造平台为核心的生产计划管理数字化转型的必要性,阐述数字化转型优势及优点,提出数字化转型创新整体思路及主要做法,以工厂实际运行情况分析数字化转型实施效果.结果表明,以印染智能制造平台为核心的生产计划管理数字化转型可提升印染企业整体效益,使印染企业管理更加标准化,经济效益显著提高,同时与之匹配的管理创新和变革对其他企业也有很好的借鉴性.
Abstract
The necessity of digital transformation of production planning management with printing and dyeing intelligent manufacturing platform as the core was analyzed.The advantages of digital transformation were explained.The overall idea and main practice of digital transformation and innovation was put forward.And the implementation effect of digital transformation according to the actual operation of the factory was analyzed.The results show that the digital transformation of production planning management with the printing and dyeing intelligent manufacturing platform as the core can improve the overall efficiency of printing and dyeing enterprises,make the printing and dyeing enterprise management more standardized,which significantly improves economic benefits.At the same time,the related management innovation and reforms also have a good reference for other enterprises.
