摘要

生产中发现材料是再生涤纶和氨纶的浅、白色针织面料,在酚黄变测试合格的情况下,存放相对短时间后依然会发生黄变.文中研究再生涤纶和氨纶组成的针织面料染整加工中除油工艺,发现染缸内增加除油工序能改善织物存放过程中逐渐黄变的现象;验证了再生涤纶与氨纶交织物,若不去除氨纶油剂和再生涤纶所含油污,即使在常规的酚黄变测试合格的情况下,也可能在储存中发生黄变.

Abstract

In the production,it was found that the knitted fabric of recycled polyester fiber and spandexwith a light and white still becameyellowed after a short period of storage,even after passing the phenol yellowing test.By comparing the oil removal process in dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics made of recycled polyester and spandex,it is found that adding oil removal in dyeing vat can reduce the yellowing phenomenon during fabric storage.It is proved that the fabric mayyellow in storage if the oil in spandex and regenerated polyester fibers is not completely removed,even after passing the routine phenol yellowing test.
