摘要

为了筛选出适用于棉与黏纤混纺产品的简便环保的定量分析方法,选取市场上常见的棉与黏纤混纺产品,用不同的化学方法和物理方法进行对比试验.结果表明:显微镜物理法准确性较高,但对试验人员要求较高且耗时长;59.5%硫酸法对黏纤溶解不充分,定量准确性低;甲酸-氯化锌法对棉纤维质量损失较大,且甲酸挥发性强;37.0%盐酸法试剂为强酸且挥发性强,对设备有腐蚀、对试验人员有危害;综合比较得出,NMMO法定量准确性高、操作简便,溶剂无异味、无毒性、环保安全.

Abstract

In order to screen out a simple and environmentally friendly quantitative analysis method suitable for cotton and viscose blended fabrics,common cotton and viscose blended fabrics products on the market were selected,and different chemical and physical methods were used to experiments.The results show that the microscopic physical method is more accurate,but requires high demands on the experimenter and takes a lot of time.The method of using 59.5%sulfuric acid causes incomplete dissolution of viscose fibers and its quantitative results are lowly accurate.The method of using formic acid and zinc chloride causes greater damage to mass loss of cotton fibers,and formic acid has highly volatility.The 37.0%hydrochloric acid method reagent is a strong acid with highly volatility.The acid may corrode the equipment and cause harm to personnel.Based on comprehensive comparison,it can be concluded that NMMO method has high accuracy,is easy to operate,and the solvent has no peculiar smell and no toxicity,which is environmental protection and safety.
