摘要
通过对艾草竹黏纤维、莫代尔、Coolmax涤纶、异型截面抗菌锦纶4种功能纤维,PTT、氨纶2种弹力纤维进行优化组合,以及双芯弹性包芯纱纺纱技术、织物组织结构设计与织造技术、环保染色和后整理技术,开发一款高弹舒适型黏锦氨瑜伽运动面料.并对该面料的抗菌性能、吸湿速干性及弹性性能进行测试.结果表明,该面料手感柔软、弹力佳、抗菌性能和吸湿排汗性能优异,可以用于开发瑜伽、户外运动休闲场景的服装,具有良好的市场前景.
Abstract
High elastic and comfortable viscos/nylon/spandex yoga sports fabric was developed with the combina-tion of four functional fibers,namely wormwood modified bamboo fiber,modal,Coolmax,and shaped antibacterial nylon,and two types of elastic fibers,PTT and spandexnamely,by using elastic twin-core stretchy yarn spinning technology,fabric structure design,knitting technology,environmentally friendly dyeing and finishing technology.The antibacterial performance,moisture absorption and quick drying performance,and elasticity of the fabric were tested.The results show that the fabric has a soft hand,good elasticity,excellent antibacterial and moisture absorption and sweat discharge performance,which can be used to develop clothing for yoga and outdoor sports and leisure scenes with goodmarket prospect.
