Preparation and Properties Study of Photo-thermal Conversion Nano-fiber Membranes
Photo-thermal conversion nano-fibers are widely used in industrial textiles and other fields.In this paper,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)nano-fiber membranes were prepared by electro-spinning technology.PVDF nano-fiber membranes were modified by doping bismuth sulfide particles(Bi2S3)and graphene oxide particles(GO)in the spinning solution or by impregnating the membrane with hydrochloric acid(HCl)dopamine(DA),and different components of nano-fiber membrane materials were obtained.From morphology,mechanical properties,thermal stability,thermal performance and corrosion resistance to evaluate the membranes,the PDA-GO-Bi2S3-PVDF nano-fiber membrane has good morphology,uniform diameter distribution,excellent mechanical properties and good photo-thermal conversion performance.The photo-thermal conversion temperature can reach 101 ℃,which is twice that of the unmodified PVDF nano-fiber membrane,and has good thermal stability and corrosion resistance.
