微胶囊技术在功能纺织品领域的应用研究进展

摘要
利用微胶囊技术可以获得具有较好舒适性和耐久性,同时具有多种功能的功能纺织品,是提升纺织品科技含量、提高纺织品附加价值的有效手段.文章主要从功能微胶囊制备和微胶囊强化功能织物的开发两个方面,总结了近年来微胶囊技术在功能织物领域的应用成果,介绍了蓄热调温、芳香保健、变色指示3种常见的功能微胶囊以及微胶囊强化功能织物的研究成果.并根据其未来发展趋势,提出研究重点应放在集成型、复合型微胶囊功能纺织品开发方面的建议.
Abstract
Using microcapsule technology can obtain functional textiles with good comfort and durability and various functions,which is an effective means to improve the technological content of textiles and improve the added value of textiles.This article summarizes the application achievements of microcapsule technology in the field of functional fabrics in recent years,from two aspects of functional microcapsule preparation and the development of microcapsule reinforced functional fabric.The research results of three common functional microcapsules,including heat storage and temperature regulation,aromatic health care and discolor indication,and microcapsules reinforced functional fabrics are introduced.According to its future development trend,it suggests that the research should focus on the development of integrated and composite microcapsule functional fabrics.
