Study of Piezoelectric PVDF Based Electro-spun Nano-fibers
Because of its excellent piezoelectric properties and chemical stability,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)has a wide range of applications in flexible sensors,sodium ion battery diaphragms and biomedicine.However,the β-phase content of pure PVDF is not ideal,and electrostatic spinning technology is a simple and effective method to prepare nano-fibers,which can effectively control the fiber diameter and improve the β-piezoelectric phase properties of PVDF.In this paper,PVDF properties and electrostatic spinning technology are briefly introduced respectively,the process of electrostatic spinning PVDF nanofibers and its influencing factors are analyzed,the relationship between applied voltage,receiving distance and β-phase content of electrostatic spinning is compared,and the main applications of electrostatic spinning PVDF are explained.
