Development of Super Soft Recycle Polyester and Spandex Knitted Heather Grey Fabrics
This paper developed a kind of super soft recycle polyester and spandex knitted heather grey fabric by inter-knitting 110 dtex/144 f recycle polyester and CDP blended yam with 44 dtex spandex on 28 G single-sided circular knitting machine,which was treated by dyeing,double-sided special grinding process.At the same time,the key processes in the knitting,dyeing and finishing process were analyzed and summarized.It also tests the performance of the fabrics,such as color difference,color fastness,hand feeling,snagging,anti-microbial properties and so on.The results indicate that the knitted fabrics has excellent color uniformity,bright color,good color fastness,super soft hand feeling,comfortable and high-grade snagging and pilling.At the same time,it has good elasticity and recovery,excellent anti-bacterial properties,which can be widely used in underwear,yoga clothing,sports clothing and other products.
