无尘针织面料新型抛光加工技术研究

针对既有较高布面光洁度及抗起毛起球要求,同时又易产生掉毛尘问题的耳圈型针织面料的生产,采用多次烧毛工艺不仅会带来布面不光洁的风险及去除毛羽不彻底带来的外观风险,而常规纤维素酶抛光处理会带来严重的掉毛尘问题.文中通过采用特殊的磨毛工艺对坯布进行预起毛处理配合适当的烧毛处理,既保证了毛羽的彻底去除,又保证了毛球及掉毛尘等质量指标达到客人标准.结果表明:磨毛磨料采用聚酰胺材料,配套的最佳磨毛工艺:机速为15 m/min,磨毛次数为1次,磨毛机的压深度设定为70%;配套烧毛工艺:烧毛方式为切烧,火焰强度为1.5 MPa,运行机速为85 m/min;不同的耳圈型布类均有较为稳定的布面光洁度表现、抗起毛起球、掉毛尘及干湿摩擦牢度性能.
New Polishing Processing Technology of Dust-free Knitted Fabrics
In view of the production of earring-type knitted fabric with high cloth finish and anti-pilling requirements,and easy to produce the problem of dust removal,the use of multiple hair burning process will not only bring the risk of unsmooth finish and the appearance risk caused by incomplete removal of hair.And the conventional cellulase polishing treatment will bring serious hair dust loss problem.In this paper,the special hair grinding process was adopted to pre-hair treatment with the appropriate singeing treatment,which not only ensured the complete removal of hair,but also ensured the quality indices such as hair ball and hair dust to meet the customer standard.The results show that the grinding material adopts polyyl ammonia material,supporting the best grinding process is:the speed is 15 m/min,the grinding time is 1 time,and the pressure depth of the mill is set at 70%.The matching singeing process is:the singeing method is cutting and burning,the flame strength is 1.5 MPa,and the running speed is 85 m/min.The different earring-type knitted fabric have relatively stable cloth finish,anti-pilling,dust removal and dry and wet friction fastness performance.
