摘要

为解决久坐办公人群因久坐行为引发颈肩腰部疲劳疼痛等亚健康问题,以久坐青年女性作为目标人群,调查分析其对智能保健内衣的功能需求,设计一款基于肌肉电刺激技术的智能保健内衣.将肌肉电刺激技术与内衣有效结合,以银纤维织物作为导电材料,结合功能穴位与移动终端设计,使内衣具有智能按摩与保健功能,并对内衣进行性能测评.结果表明,该肌肉电刺激智能保健内衣具有缓解肌肉紧张、酸痛功效.该研究对提升相关智能保健类可穿戴产品的设计创新与市场应用具有一定参考价值.

Abstract

In order to solve the sub-health problems such as neck,shoulder and waist fatigue and pain caused by sedentary behavior in sedentary office groups,the sedentary young female group was taken as the target popula-tion to investigate and analyze their functional needs for intelligent health care underwear,and a smart health care underwear based on electrical muscle stimulation technology was designed.The electrical muscle stimulation tech-nology was effectively combined with underwear with silver fiber fabric as the conductive material,combining with functional acupuncture point with the mobile terminal design,so that the underwear has intelligent massage and health care functions.In addition,the performance of the underwear was evaluated.The results show that the elec-trical muscle stimulation intelligent health care underwear has the effect of relieving muscle tension and soreness,which has reference significance for improving the design innovation and market application of related smart health-care wearable products.
