摘要
爽芙绵是一种自主研发的改性锦纶短纤维,可与多种短纤维进行纺纱且能纯纺,选取性价比较高的黏胶混纺纱在纺织服装面料进行应用研究,试织针织和毛织面料.结果表明,两种纤维发挥各自优点,其面料手感独特,具有特殊的飘逸、软滑、亲肤、舒适和保暖的服用性能,合适织物结构的针织面料有较好的动态吸湿、水分传递功能.通过各种面料的生产实践和性能研究,表明了改性锦纶短纤维及其混纺纱线将是一种新型的纺织材料.
Abstract
SOFTNY is a kind of self-developed modified nylon staple fiber,which can be spun with a variety of short fibers except pure spinning.The viscose blended yarn with high cost performance is selected for application research in textile and garment fabrics through trial knitting.The results indicate that the two fibers show their respective advantages and good hand feel with a special elegant,soft and smooth,skin-friendly,comfortable and warmth retention performance,and the appropriate fabric structure has good dynamic moisture absorption and moisture transfer function.Through the production practice and performance research of various fabrics,it is shown that the modified nylon staple fiber and its blended yarn will be a new textile material.
