Causes Analysis of Affecting Soaping Fastness in One Bath Dyeing of Cotton Knitted Fabrics
In view of the poor soaping fastness of the company's polyester-covered cotton fabric in one-bath one-step dyeing with dispersion and activity, especially the serious staining of cellulose acetate and nylon, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of cotton staining with disperse dyes, the thermal migration behavior of disperse dyes and fiber components, mainly using Raman spectroscopy, soaping fastness, color parameters and other test methods. The results show that the phenomenon of cotton staining of disperse dyes and the thermal migration behavior of disperse dyes cause the poor soaping fastness of polyester-covered cotton fabrics to a certain extent. However,in the analysis of fiber components,it is found that polyester-covered cotton fabrics contain a certain amount of spandex, and spandex staining disperse dyes are the main reason for the poor soaping fastness.
