Study of Non-aqueous Reactive Dyeing Technology of Wool Knitted Fabric
This paper mainly introduced the influence of the properties of reactive dye liquor on the dyeing degree of wool knitted fabric,especially for the non-aqueous dyeing system with low water content.The process conditions of three different reactive dyes with different reactive groups in the low-water medium dyeing system were explored.The relationship between the amount of acid and alkali added,dyeing temperature and the viscosity of dye liquor and the dye uptake and fixation rate during the dyeing process were discussed.The results show that acid-free,low-alkali and low-temperature dyeing of wool knitted fabrics can be achieved by low-water medium dyeing.The viscosity of dye liquor mainly affects the initial dye uptake rate.Low viscosity of dye liquor leads to fast dyeing.Higher dye uptake rate,fixation rate and color fastness can be obtained by low-water medium dyeing than by traditional water bath dyeing method.
