涤纶的N2-CO2混合流体超临界染色技术探索

文中以超临界N2-CO2混合流体为染色介质对涤纶进行染色,通过分析不同压力、温度及N2添加量时纱线的染色效果,得到较佳的染色工艺,并测试该工艺条件下纺织品的色牢度.结果表明,较佳工艺选择为:温度120℃,压力23 MPa,保温时间60 min,N2气体添加量10%;该工艺条件下,所得产品的各项色牢度均可达4~5级,产品的染色深度和颜色鲜艳度较好.
Exploration of N2-CO2 Mix Fluid Supercritical Dyeing Technology for Polyester
Supercritical N2-CO2 mixed fluid was used as the dyeing medium in polyester dyeing process.The dyeing effect of fabrics was analyzed by changing pressure,temperature and the proportion of N2 in the mixed fluid to obtain a better dyeing process,and the color fastness of textiles under this condition was tested.The results indi-cate the optimal process selection is:preserving heat at 120℃for 60 minutes under 23 MPa with 10%N2 adding in the mixed fluid.The color fastness of the obtained product can reach level 4~5,and the dyeing depth and color brightness of the product are good.
