针织柔性传感器研制现状与展望

针织柔性传感器因线圈结构而具有拉伸弹性良好、舒适贴身、质轻、可设计性强等优点,并极大地提升了穿着舒适性、拉伸性、耐洗性,但存在工作范围窄、灵敏度差以及具有一定滞后效应等问题.文章阐述针织柔性传感器的发展情况、分类、制备方法与性能评价,并从导电纱线与织物结构两个维度分析影响针织柔性传感器力学性能与电学性能的影响因素,为针织柔性传感器的优化设计与研制提供理论基础.
Development Status and Prospect of Knitting Flexible Sensor
Due to the loop structure,the knitted flexible sensor has the advantages of good tensile elasticity,comfortable and close-fitting,lightweight and strong design flexibility,which greatly improves the wearing comfort,tensile property and washability,but there are still problems such as narrow working range,poor sensitivity and certain hysteresis effect.This paper describes the development,classification,preparation and performance evaluation of knitted flexible sensors,and analyzes the factors affecting the mechanical and electrical properties from the two dimensions of yarn and fabric,providing a theoretical basis for the optimal design and development of knitted flexible sensors.
