针织行业正逐步从单一产业结构迈向智能化、数字化、功能化与高效化.但与此同时,针织行业仍面临生产成本逐年提升、市场需求持续萎靡、产品同质化现象严重及绿色环保生产要求等问题.为推动针织行业从传统密集型产业走向高精尖智能型生产,介绍国内外针织新技术与新工艺发展现状,阐述我国针织行业近几年的研究与突破.从针织设备高新技术、针织智能制造技术、三维针织立体编织工艺、针织智能可穿戴技术和针织绿色环保工艺5方面对最新针织设备、技术与工艺进行解析.面对我国针织行业亟待解决的诸多问题,进行产业转型,增强国际竞争实力,将成为我国针织行业未来发展的首要目标.
New Technology and Process of Knitting and Intelligent Development Status and Trend
After a long period of development,the knitting industry gradually develops from a single industrial structure towards intelligent,digital,functional and efficient.However,at the same time,the knitting industry is still facing a series of problems,such as production costs increase year by year,continuous shrinkage of market demand,serious homogenization of products and green production requirements.In order to promote the knitting industry from the traditional intensive industry to high-precision intelligent production,the development status of new technology and new technology of knitting at home and abroad are introduced,and the research breakthroughs in China's knitting industry in recent years under the epidemic situation are expounded.The latest knitting equipment,technology and process are analyzed from 5 aspects including the knitting equipment high-tech,knitting intelligent manufacturing technology,three-dimensional knitting process,intelligent wearable knitting technology and green knitting technology.In view of the problems to be solved in China's knitting industry,the industrial upgrading and transformation and enhancing the international competition strength will become the primary goal of the future devel-opment of China's knitting industry.
