Preparation and Properties Study of Colored Antibacterial Skin Care Far-Infrared Viscose Fiber
10.0 parts of Hamamelis extract and 1.7 parts of plant pigment were used to prepare 20%aqueous solution.8.4 parts of collagen peptide were made into 50%aqueous solution,and 3.3 parts of far-infrared ceramic powder were used to prepare 20%suspension.According to the total added quality of 14%of nail fiber and mixed with viscose spinning liquid,the linear density of 1.67 dtex and 38 mm in length was prepared by wet spinning method,and the color was cherry blossom powder and lemon yellow.The properties of the fibers were also tested.The results show that the antibacterial rate of colored antibacterial skin care far-infrared viscose fiber on S.aureus was 87.25%,the protein content was 3.77%,and the far-infrared emission rate and temperature rise were 0.86 and 1.90 ℃,respectively,which exceeded the national and industry standards.There is no significant change in the longitudinal and transverse morphology,and the infrared characteristics,crystallinity,orientation and mechanical properties could meet the requirements of subsequent spinning and knitting requirement.
