植物染料结构、提取方法及表征手段研究

染整加工是赋予纺织品高附加值的关键环节,正朝着绿色、环保、可持续的方向发展.天然植物染料因具有环境友好、可生物降解、可将染色织物功能化等特点,备受行业关注.文章从纺织品染色用天然植物染料的分类及化学结构分析出发,以研究成果案例为中心,重点叙述植物染料的提取方法、优势和特点,并围绕实际染色过程需要,对天然植物染料的表征手段进行综合阐述,为天然植物染料的应用和开发提供借鉴和参考.
Advances in the Study of Structures,Extraction Methods and Characterization of Natural Plant Dyes
Dyeing and finishing process is the key part to give high added value to textiles,which is developing towards the direction of green,environment-friendly and sustainable.Due to the advantages of environmental friendliness,biodegradability,and functionalization of some dyed fabrics,the natural plant dyes have set off a new research boom.Starting from the classification and chemical structure of natural plant dyes for textile dyeing,this paper focused on their extraction methods,benefits and characteristics,with the case of research results as the center.In addition,the characterization means of natural plant dyestuffs were briefly introduced in terms of the actual dyeing process,in order to provide reference for the application and development of natural plant dyestuffs.
