摘要

介绍2024年中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会参展圆纬机及无缝内衣机的厂商和设备概况.阐述参展整机大圆机的技术特点,包括:细针距设备展出比例高、相关的质量监测设备安装比较多、大尺寸的设备数量较多路数多、多功能复合设备、中空类双面织物技术有所应用、智能化部件和设备的系统应用等,以及参展大圆机配套设备和零部件企业产品情况.最后针对最近几年的发展历程和市场趋势,提出未来针织纬编设备发展的三点建议,也反映出未来行业将通过设备数据采集分析,用数据赋能技术提升.

Abstract

This paper introduces the manufacturers and equipment of circular weft knitting machines and seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited at China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-2024 ITMA Asia.The technical characteristics of circular weft knitting machines at the exhibition are described.The proportion of fine needle distance equipment exhibited is higher.Related quality monitoring equipment is installed more than before.The number of large-size equipment with more feeders increases.Multi-functional composite equipment is on display.Hollow-type double-sided fabric technology and the system application of intelligent components and equipment have been applied,and the machine equipment and parts of the enterprises are also exhibited.According to the development process and market trends in recent years,it points out three suggestions for the future development of knitting equipment,which also reflects that the future industry will improve through equipment data collection and analysis with data enabling technology.
