介绍展览会展出的针织物烧毛机、棉及其混纺或交织针织物连续化练漂机、棉针织物丝光机、化纤针织物连续化精练机和适于针织物的松式连续化水洗机等设备,包括设备外观结构图、工艺流程图和应用技术特点等,并进行述评,指出:针织物开幅平幅连续化练漂机、除油精练机和水洗机的制造及应用技术虽已趋于成熟,但实际应用的厂家很少;绳状松式运行的连续化练漂机、水洗机呈现快速发展的态势,其适应织物范围广和应用工艺范围广以及松式运行方式等,可弥补开幅平幅练漂机和水洗机的不足;圆筒状针织物无须剖幅就能松式运行的连续化练漂机有许多突出优点;烧毛、丝光保证了棉型针织物布面光洁度和平整度以及尺寸稳定性,应成为针织物染整技术的重要工序.
Review on the Pretreatment Equipment for Dyeing and Printing of Knitting Fabric at 2024 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition
It introduces the exhibition knitting singeing machine,continuous scouring and bleaching machine for cotton and its blended and knitwear,mercerizing machine for cotton knitted fabric,continuous scouring machine for knitted fabric,including the equipment structure appearance,process flow chart and technical characteristics.It is pointed out that although the manufacturing and application technology of knitting open continuous scouring and bleaching machine,oil removal scouring machine and washing machine has become mature,there are few practical application manufacturers.The continuous scouring and bleaching machine with rope-loose operation and washing machine show a rapid development trend,and it has the advantages of wide range of fabric,wide application process and loose operation mode,which can make up for the deficiency of flat and open width scouring and bleaching machine and washing machine.The continuous scouring and bleaching machine,which can run loose without slitting,has many advantages.Singeing and mercerizing can ensure the smoothness,flatness and dimensional stability of cotton knitted fabric,which should become the key content of knitting dyeing and finishing technology.
