摘要
主要评述了 2024中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会印染后整理机械设备情况,着重介绍了织物的起毛、磨毛、刷毛、剪毛、预缩、定形机、柔软机等通用设备.其中,起毛机、磨毛机、刷毛机、剪毛机等设备更多地采用智能控制技术,提高了操作的便捷性和效率,拉辐定形机采用节能技术以及智能化控制;以及通过集成先进的传感器、数据分析和人工智能技术,为纺织生产提供了全面的解决方案,从而推动了整个行业的技术进步和产业升级.
Abstract
This paper reviews the dyeing and finishing machinery and equipment exhibited at China International Textile Machinery Exhibition 2024 and ITMA Asia,with the emphasis on the general equipment such as raising,sanding,brushing,shearing,preshrinking,setting and softening machines.Among them,the raising machine,sanding machine,brushing machine,shearing machine and other equipment use more intelligent control technology,which improves the convenience and efficiency of operation,and the stentering and setting machines adopt energy-saving technology and intelligent control.In addition,through the integration of advanced sensors,data analysis,and artificial intelligence technologies,it provides a comprehensive solution for textile production,thus promoting the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the whole industry.
