Design of Fully-fashioned Knitting Process for Imitation Denim Garment Washing Effect
Aiming at the problems of strong pollution in traditional denim washing process and low comfort,the necessity of designing and applying fully-fashioned knitting process imitates the washing effect of denim garments was proposed.Firstly,the denim washing processes were combed and categorized according to the appearance effects.Based on this classification,combined with the structures of knitting and yarn selections,the knitting process of imitating the washed effect of denim garments was practiced.Finally,the application feasibility of the above-mentioned knitting process in imitating classic denim garment styles and in fully-fashioned knitwear classic styles were elaborated.This study is a useful exploration of the design and technology of denim style clothing under the theme of environmental protection and sustainability.
