为解决现行标准中口罩细菌过滤效率检测方法耗时耗力、检测周期长等问题,提高口罩检测效率,研究基于荧光定量技术,通过荧光检测模块开发、口罩细菌过滤效率夹具研究和检测系统设计搭建,开发出口罩细菌过滤效率快速检测设备和方法.结果表明,在一定条件下,文中开发的荧光检测方法与Andersen采样方法对比结果具有良好的一致性,开发的荧光定量检测方法可以在一定条件下替代传统的培养法,实现口罩细菌过滤效率快速检测.
Rapid Detection Method for Mask BFE Based on Fluorescence Quantitative Technology
In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and long testing period for the current standard of mask bacteria filtration efficiency testing method,and improve the efficiency of mask detection,the rapid detection equipment and methods for mask bacteria filtration efficiency were developed by the fluorescence detection module development,fixture and testing system for mask bacteria filtration efficiency designed based on fluorescence quantitative technology.The results show that the developed fluorescence detection method is in good agreement with the Anderson method under certain conditions.The developed fluorescence quantitative detection method can replace the traditional method under certain conditions to realize the rapid detection of the bacterial filtration efficiency.
