Determination of Lead Release in Textiles and Accessories
A test method for measuring the lead release in textiles and textile accessories by using artificial saliva as extraction medium was established, and the sample pretreatment conditions and instrument parameters were optimized. The results show that the quantitative limit of the method determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was 0.02 μg/(cm2·h),the recovery at low, medium and high spiked concentrations ranged from 93.26%to 107.65%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.03%~5.99%(n=7).The limit of quan-tification of the method determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.01 μg/(cm2·h),the recoveries at three spiked concentrations of low, medium and high were 82.65%~110.32%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.08%~4.61%(n=7).This method has simple pretreatment steps, short detection process and high result accuracy, which is applicable to the detection of textiles and accessories, which may be put into the mouth of infants and children.
