This article introduces a 3D seamless sleeve with anti-UV(sunscreen),moisture absorption,quick drying and cool feeling.It is made of 7.8 tex/68 f anti-UV cool feeling nylon fiber and 2.2 tex spandex wrapped with a 1.3 tex/5 f nylon yarn,which is designed and developed on the Italian Lonadi LA04E7 computerized single-sided weft knitting stockings machine.It is described and discussed in detail from the selection of raw materials,knitting process,setting,bonding,ultrasonic cutting and functional testing of finished products.This sleeve knitted with anti-UV cool feeling nylon fiber is light and beautiful to wear,which feels soft and comfortable,absorbs moisture and dries quickly,and has anti-UV(sunscreen)and contact cool feeling functions.
