抗菌型塑身长裤的结构设计与性能研究

随着人们对塑身服装的功能需求越来越多样化,塑身长裤因紧身贴体的特性使其抗菌功能尤为重要.文章首先研究抗菌面料及其抗菌性能,优选纳米银抗菌纤维布,将其运用到塑身长裤上,同时对塑身长裤的款式、结构、工艺进行设计,制备一款抗菌型塑身长裤.经过面料性能测试及真人试穿评价表明,该塑身长裤不仅具有贴体塑身服装的功能特点,还结合了纳米抗菌材料的优势.通过对纳米抗菌面料在塑身服装上的创新应用研究,掌握了塑身服装设计中特殊材料的应用原理和一般规律,为复杂材料产品的结构设计、款式设计提供了便捷的途径.
Structural Design and Performance Study of Antibacterial Shaping Pants
With the increasing diversity of functional demands for shapewear,the antibacterial function of shaping pants is particularly important due to their tight fitting and body hugging characteristics.Firstly,the article studies antibacterial fabric and its antibacterial properties,selects nano-silver antibacterial fiber knitted cloth,and then applies it to shaping pants.At the same time,the style,structure and process of shaping pants are designed with an antibacterial function.After fabric performance testing and real person trial evaluation,it shows that the shaping pants not only has the functional characteristics of the body fitting,but also combines the advantages of nano antibacterial materials.Through the innovative application research of nano-antibacterial fabrics in shapewear,it has mastered the application principles and general rules of special materials in shapewear design,which provides a convenient way for the structural and style design of complex material products.
