The technical progress of flexible wearable ultrasonic sensor was discussed,and the principle of ultrasonic sensor was introduced.The main characteristics of ultrasonic sensors based on flexible materials such as textiles were analyzed.The stretchability of conductors and the importance of piezoelectric materials for the preparation of flexible ultrasonic sensors were analyzed.The technology status and application of flexible wearable ultrasonic sensor in blood pressure monitoring,blood flow velocity monitoring and scanning imaging were reviewed.The problems to be solved in the development and application of flexible wearable ultrasonic sensor were summarized and analyzed.It is believed that the flexible wearable ultrasonic sensor has the characteristics of softness,breathability and high integration,which has broad development prospects in the field of smart wearable,and the miniaturized and integrated flexible wearable ultrasonic sensor is the future development trend.
