红薯叶多糖提取工艺的优化

以红薯叶为原料,采用水提醇沉法研究了提取时问、提取温度、料水比、提取次数、醇液比对多糖提取量的影响.通过正交试验确定红薯叶多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间12 h,提取温度100℃,料水比1:110,提取次数3次,醇液比3:1.同时对红薯叶多糖脱蛋白、透析进行纯化.红外光谱结果表明:红薯叶多糖为吡喃型多糖,且葡萄糖为主要的单糖组成.
OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION PROCEDURE OF SWEET POTATO LEAF POLYSACCHARIDE
Effect of time, temperature, sweet potato leaf/water proportion, extraction times, alcohol/Polysac-charide solution proportion on extraction of sweet potato leaf polysaccharide were studied by water extraction and alcohol precipitatation( WEAP). By the orthogonal experiment, the optimum extracting condition was determined, time: 12 h, temperature; 100℃ , sweet potato leaf/water proportion; 1:110, extraction times:3, alcohol / Polysaccharide solution proportion; 3: 1. Meanwhile the sweet potato leaf polysaccharide was purified by removing proteins and dialysis. Infrared spectrum of the polysaccharide showed that the sweet potato leaf polysaccharide was pyranose and the sweet potato leaf polysaccharide consists mainly of glucose.
