摘要

以多糖提取率为指标,采用微波提取法提取火龙果果肉中的多糖.通过单因素试验对微波时间、微波功率、浸泡时间和料液比4个影响因素进行考察,在单因素基础上,采用响应面分析法对微波提取火龙果果肉多糖的工艺条件进行了优化.最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比20∶1,浸泡时间30 min,微波时间4 min,微波功率200 W,该工艺条件下多糖的提取率达15.47%.试验结果与模型预测值的相对误差为0.45%,表明该工艺条件可靠,具有一定的可行性和参考价值.

Abstract

Plant polysaccharides have the ability of improving the fibrinolytic enzyme activity,anti-cancer,lowering blood fat and cholesterol,antioxidant,anti-aging and so on.The present study was to investigate the polysaccharides extraction process from the Hylocereus undatus.Four factors including microwave power,microwave time,soaking time and liquid to material ratio were studied by single factor experiment and the microwave extraction technology was optimized by response surface analysis.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:liquid to material ratio of 20∶1,soaking time of 30 min,microwave time of 4 min and microwave power of 200 W.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of Hylocereus undatus polysaccharides was up to 15.47%.The SD value of the experimental data and model prediction value was 0.45%,which proved that the process condition was feasible.
