SUBCRITICAL WATER EXTRACTION OF POLYSACCHARIDE FROM GANODERMA LUCIDUM
Ganoderma lueidum polysaccharide as a non-specific immune stimulating agent is one of the most effective components of Ganoderma lucidum and has a variety of physiological and pharmacological functions, such as scavenging free radicals, anti-aging, anti-tumor and enhancing the body's immunity. The present study was to examine the optimal subcritical water extraction conditions of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the temperature of subcritical water of 150 ℃, the ratio of solvent to material of 1:12 g/mL, the extraction time and pressure of 5 min and 5 MPa.Under these conditions, the yield of Ganoderma lueidum polysaccharide was 2.15%.Compared with the traditional hot water extraction method, the subcritical water extraction could shorten the extraction time, reduce the cost and improve the extraction yield.
