After more than one hundred years of exploration,the Communist Party of China has found a road of rule of law(RL)suitable for China's national conditions.Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law(TRL),formed in the exploration of TRLby the CPC for more than one hundred years,has rich connotations and outstanding contributions.From four aspects of the RLguar-antee,the RL road,the RL foundation,and the RL belief,we can see that Xi Jinping's TRL is an epochal summary of the experi-ence of the CPC in the construction of the RL,and an innovation and development of the combination of Marxist theory of the RL with the specific practice of the RL in China.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's TRL,the practice of socialist RL with Chi-nese characteristics has achieved a new historical leap and provided a strong guarantee for the people's good lifeand the RL in other countries.
