Cognitive-ecological Interpretation of Metaphor Stories in Educational Discourse
Both cognitive linguistics and ecolinguistics emphasize linguistic construction function,which leads to their inte-gration.Based on this new trend,this paper,under the principle of"reality-cognition-language",attempts to set up a cognitive-ecological analytical framework to interpret metaphor stories in the full text of the work plan of the Ministry of Education in 2022.It is found that the overall objective of education in 2022 is to adhere to the Party's educational policy,to perfect education system,to promote education equality,to enhance education service,to engine education development,and to cultivate profes-sional teachers.These points help to foster a healthy educational ecology in China.
