The Current Situation,Influencing Factors of Rural Teachers Trainin-gand Countermeasures:Based on Survey Data from Teachers Training Officials in Fujian Province
The researchers conducted a survey,to know the current state and influencing factors of rural teachers training in Fujian Province and to explore ways to enhance the effectiveness of such training,by collecting data from 170 officials responsi-ble for teachers training across various counties and districts in theprovince.The result reveals that the current training needs of rural teachers in Fujian are a blend of internal and external factors.There is a significant variation in the training opportunities for different rural teachers,and the conflict between teaching duties and training time remains prominent.Additionally,the precision and effectiveness of the training are far from satisfactory,there are large disparities in training fund guarantees across different counties and districts,and the current comprehensive fixed standard for training fees is relatively low.The main influencing fac-tors include the standardization and professionalism of the training entities,the competency levels of the trainers,and the invest-ment and effective use of training funds.Effective strategies to enhance the efficacy of rural teacher training include scientifically constructing the training system,providing precise training throughout the entire process,establishing a long-term evaluation mechanism,effectively integrating high-quality teaching resources,enhancing the professional level of trainers,and boosting the intrinsic motivation of rural teachers to participate in training.
