教育戏剧与儿童社会技能培养探析

社会技能决定了个体人际关系好坏与生活质量等方面.童年期的社会技能水平有着及时和延时的效果,掌握良好社会技能的儿童更有可能成为具有良好适应能力的人.而社会技能存在不足的儿童,未来出现学业困难或者行为问题的概率相对更高,并且可能在成年后易陷于不良处境.基于此,学校应认识到儿童社会技能培养的重要性,并致力于培养和发展儿童良好的社会技能.教育戏剧是一种由榜样示范、角色扮演、社会性强化等构成的教学方法,具有寓教于乐、以儿童为主体、激发参与者自发性等优势,与儿童身心发展特点相契合,因此将教育戏剧应用于培养和提高儿童社交技能,具有较强的可行性和可操作性.
A Probe into the Cultivation of Children's Social Skills in Educational Dramas
Social skills determine the life quality ofindividuals including their interpersonal relationships.Social skill levels in the childhood have a timely and delayed effect since children with higher social skills feel better about themselves and are more likely to become individuals with good adaptability,while those with social skill deficiencies have a relatively higher fre-quency of academic difficulties or behavioral problems in the future and are likely to fall into adverse situations in adulthood.Based on this,schools should recognize the importance of cultivating children's social skills and strive to cultivate and develop their social skills.Educational drama,a teaching method composed of role models,role-playing,and social reinforcement,has the advantages of integrating education with entertainment,focusing on children,and stimulating the spontaneity of participants.It is in line with the characteristics of children's physical and mental development.Therefore,applying educational drama to cultivate and improve children's social skills has strong feasibility and operability.
