China's modernization has been the dream and pursuit of the Chinese nation since the modern times and the ideal and goal of the Communist Party of China for more than a hundred years since its founding. Based on the summary of the set-backs on the modernization path since modern times and continuous reflection,the CPC has finally determined the path of Chi-nese-style modernization. Chinese-style modernization,a socialist form that has surpassed Western capitalist modernization and broken free from the constraints of the Soviet socialist modernization model,is a new path of development with the people's democratic dictatorship and a new system and model of socialist public ownership. The CPC has creatively established the theory of the primary stage of socialism,implemented the great reform and opening up,and endowed modernization with new era values and connotations. It is a modernization that has truly realized fairness,justice,coordinated development,and a people-centered approach. Chinese-style modernization provides inspiration and reference for the modernization paths of other countries in the world and has important contemporary values and practical significance.
