The Practical Problems Faced by Rural Grassroots Inspection and the Solutions
As an important form of inner-Party supervision sinking,rural grassroots inspection is an important institutional ar-rangement to promote the extension of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to the grassroots.Since the 18th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China,various regions have actively explored the effective ways of rural grassroots inspection from both the theoretical and practical levels,and achieved remarkable results.However,certain rural grassroots inspection still faces some prac-tical problems that need to be solved urgently in the aspects of focusing on the main responsibilities,implementing inspection policies and measures,the overall quality of the inspection team,and coordinating with relevant functional departments.The reasons are mainly reflected in the lack of ideological understanding,the inability to adapt to the style of work,the lack of innovation in ways and meth-ods,and the imperfect system and mechanism.Therefore,we should further strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party and raise the level of ideological understanding;Adhere to the problem-orientation,and find out the inspection work positioning;Strengthen the construction of ability and style,and build a strong inspection team;Combine the actual work in rural areas,and inno-vate the ways and methods of inspection;Improve the system and mechanism,and make good use of the results of inspection.
