Under the socialist market economy,the digital economy has a close logical connection with common prosperity in pro-moting the development of digital productivity and the sharing of digital means of production.However,from logical conception to prac-tical generation,it encounters the practical dilemmas of excessive capitalization of digital technology that suppresses wealth creation vi-tality,the imbalanced allocation of digital capital that accelerates the wealth gap,and the increase in organic composition of capital that triggers technological unemployment.These difficulties urgently require institutional regulation and educational guidance.By strengthe-ning the governance of digital capital to cultivate a material foundation for common prosperity,constructing a mechanism for sharing dig-ital means of production to solidify the institutional foundation for common prosperity,promoting the popularization of digital skills train-ing to enhance intellectual support for common prosperity,we can accelerate the substantial progress of promoting common prosperity on the digital economy track.
