The Spatial Differentiation and Governance Shift of the New Villages in the Context of Rapid Urbanization
Since entering the new era,the continuous expansion of urbanization and the active promotion of the national rural revi-talization strategy have greatly promoted the iterative renewal of the traditional rural physical space, the modern transformation of the traditional social space and the comprehensive construction of the new digital space. In the new countryside with prominent urbaniza-tion,the rural society has rapidly transformed from a static and stable spatial state to a flowing and changeable multi-dimensional spa-tial complex.Based on this fact,in order to respond to the development requirements of the times and scientifically construct a spatial governance paradigm compatible with the development level of rural areas,it is necessary to deeply analyze the spatial mechanism and spatial change process of rural society in the process of modernization in areas with rapid urbanization, and fully reveal the multidimen-sional spatial tension derived from it,and provide a theoretical basis for the practice of social space governance in new rural areas. The governance of the new rural social space should focus on the multidimensional spatial characteristics of rural society and the spatial con-notation of governance, regard rural space as an important practice object and governance resource, attach importance to spatial justice, respect the subjectivity of villagers, scientifically integrate multiple spatial resources, and then promote the governance shift of rural so-ciety from the static"governance in space"to the dynamic"spatial governance".
